G. Keyes Page, III. Keyes received a B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University in 1969 and, after serving as an officer in the United States Navy for four years, attended the University of Texas School of Law, receiving a J.D. degree in 1975. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association and the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the State Bar of Texas, and a Fellow in the Houston Bar Foundation. Keyes practices in the areas of real estate, real estate finance, banking, and oil and gas lending law. Keyes has extensive experience in representation of institutional lenders in mortgage and commercial loan documentation and in representation of real estate developers and buyers and sellers of income producing properties.
Gary L. Murphree. Gary received a B.A. degree from Centenary College of Louisiana in 1972, and a J.D. degree (summa cum laude) from South Texas College of Law in 1975, where he was a member of the Law Review. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association and the Litigation and Consumer Law Sections of the State Bar of Texas. Gary's practice is a combination of litigation and real estate transactions. He handles a broad range of civil litigation in state and federal courts, and also assists various clients with negotiating and documenting real estate leases and other real estate transactions.
James A. Byerly. Jim received a B.A. degree from Duke University in 1974 and a J.D. degree from the University of Houston College of Law in 1978, where he was an editor for the Houston Law Review. Jim is certified as a specialist in estate planning and probate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In addition, he handles a broad range of business transactions, including the formation of business entities and the purchase and sale of businesses. Jim is a member of the Probate & Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and the Probate, Trust and Estate Law Section of the Houston Bar Association. He is also a member of the Speakers Bureau of the Houston Bar Association.
James J. Hansen. Jim received a B.A. degree from Marquette University in 1979 and a J.D. degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 1983. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston and American Bar Associations. Jim handles a broad range of commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, represents secured and unsecured creditors in the bankruptcy courts and provides general counsel to various corporate clients and financial institutions. Jim has also assisted various corporate clients in their formation, capitalization, acquisitions, and sales of assets. While attending the University of Houston Law Center, Jim served on the Houston Law Review, and his article on Non-Competition Covenants in Employment Contracts was published in the Houston Law Review. While attending Marquette University, Jim also studied at the University of Madrid. He is past President of the Marquette Club of Houston and speaks Spanish.
